RainSoft Water Softener is made such a way that there will not be any major repairs or maintenance issues almost throughout life span of the product.

Our customer service is unique of it’s kind like our product. We have got more than 2000 service networks throughout India in all major States, Districts, Cities and Towns.

We always strive to serve our customers the best possible way.

In case there is an issue with the product, the customer will raise a complaint with our customer care through customer care number: 09247099099 (10.00 am to 6.00 pm on all working days) or email: rainsoft.care@gmail.com ; info@rainsoft.in . Our customer care executive will respond to the issue within 48 hrs.

Depending on the type of issue the problem will be resolved by guiding the customer on phone for minor problems (most of the problems will be successfully resolved by this way).

If there is a major issue; our customer care team will arrange for a service executive/pick up executive to examine/pick the product at the door step of the customer. The product will be transported to our nearest service center, it will be repaired/replaced within a specified time period and will be delivered back to customer home.

All this process will be done free of cost to the customer throughout warranty period. After warranty period also all these services will be provided at a nominal cost.
